For over 30 years, California artist, Inez Storer has dazzled the art world with her whimsical fairytale figures and images which some have called "Magical Realism." A receipant of a Pollock-Krasner Foundation grant, her work is included in the permanent collections of most of the San Francisco Bay Area's Fine Art Museums. Using collage, drawings, paint and monotype, the viewer is invited into her secret world of lovers, femme fatales, dapper gents, and found objects from mysterious strangers of days gone by. When asked to describe her work, she said, "I am a visual raconteur. I use paint to tell stories." By following the trend of artist's branding their images, she has created her new line of Painterly Pillows printed and sewn in the U.S.A.

You can see Inez' painting "7 Days to Make the World" on display now at the deYoung Museum in San Francisco.
