Bronte’s quote inspires dreaming and the steady flow of ideas. Using Peter’s hand made paper, Donna has cut out a lace-like silhouette pattern around the undulating hand written text. Mounted behind this text, and showing through the cutouts is another folded accordion of dreamlike marbled paper. The book is full bound in leather. The front cover has a recessed panel with a section of garter snake skin inset in it.  Donna gathered the dead snake on one of her early morning walks, then skinned and tanned it herself.
