Samantha designs jewelry for herself.  She gets great satisfaction from the ability to come up with the idea for “wing-like earrings” and then make them herself in her own workshop that her husband built for her.  “I love the process of taking a design from a concept in my head through experimenting with the metals to completing a new piece.”

Samantha wants her jewelry to be easy to wear.  These will be the go-to pieces that you can easily throw on before walking out the door.  You will feel the weight of the pieces but they should be comfortable, not heavy.  She intends them to move with your body adding a little bit of drama to your day or evening.  They are clean pieces but the mixed materials and multiple layers carry interest and depth.  These are modern, organic designs that look great worn alone for an elegant look or can make a bigger statement when worn in multiples.  The designs are not based on trends but on what feels good and right to her at the time.  As her work progresses, her designs will continue to evolve.

There is a flow, a liquidity to Samantha's work that you have to try on to experience - particularly in her multiple band slinky rings and bracelets. They have a wonderful feeling on your arm or finger and move so beautifully in unison.
